A Tough Day

Today was a difficult day for me. The children had some struggles with school and I was feeling like a failure, which means I was a bit depressed. Thankfully, I didn't do my normal stuff my face as a result. Eating went pretty well and although I didn't drink all of my water today, I drank more than I have been. The next two days could be a bit tricky as I am going out to my sister's for a visit. I am going to try to walk while I am there, but we shall see how it goes.
